Refund Policy.
1 Digital Asset Finality
HookGod operates as an elite digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). When you purchase a plan, Lifetime Founders License (LTD), or premium credits, you are granted immediate access to our proprietary Agentic AI generation tools. Because our system incurs real-time compute costs with backend logic providers (e.g., OpenRouter, Groq) the exact moment you generate a hook, we cannot and do not issue refunds for used or partially used credits.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the non-returnable nature of digital products and instant access to the Vault, all sales are considered final. We do not offer a money-back guarantee for buyer's remorse, subjective dissatisfaction, or failure to understand the product. Please utilize any available free credits to test the engine's capabilities before upgrading.
2 Exceptions (The Glitch Protocol)
We are brutally honest, but we are also fair. We will only issue a refund under the following strict conditions:
- Duplicate BillingIf our payment gateway (Lemon Squeezy) accidentally charges you twice for the same transaction.
- System FailureIf you paid for credits but they were not added to your Vault, and our engineering team cannot resolve it within 48 hours.
3 Chargebacks & Disputes
We log every generation, IP address, and credit usage securely in our matrix. Filing a fraudulent chargeback with your bank or credit card company after utilizing our AI resources is considered theft. In such events, we will submit complete cryptographic usage logs to your bank and permanently ban your account and IP address from HookGod.
