1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and utilizing the HookGod platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these strict Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these operational rules, you must immediately disconnect from our AI engine.
2. Neural Credits & Refunds
HookGod provides a high-tier Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform powered by advanced multi-agentic architecture. Purchases of "Credits" or Lifetime Founders Licenses (LTD) are definitive transactions processed through our secure Merchant of Record. Due to the immense computational costs required for generating algorithmic hooks via OpenRouter and Groq, all purchases are final. Refunds are granted exclusively at our discretion in cases of system anomalies.
3. Acceptable Use Protocol
You agree not to utilize the neural engine to generate illegal, hateful, or abusive material. We maintain an active "Iron Dome" protection grid. If our automated systems detect malicious spam, reverse-engineering, or bot attacks against our API infrastructure, we reserve the right to instantly terminate your connection and wipe your account without warning.
4. Intellectual Property
The final viral frameworks, generated text, and psychological concepts forged by HookGod for you are 100% yours to use commercially across any platform. However, the HookGod software architecture, UI design, backend infrastructure, and underlying AI agentic logic remain our exclusive intellectual property.
